Pulsejet powered "Panjandrum" bike wheel?

Has anyone ever built a Panjandrum type bike wheel using an array of mini pulsejets with a doughnut shaped fuel tank in the center that can fuel the nozzles with centrifugal force?. If possible this could be a simple device that could turn a pedal bike into a quasi motorbike. To get it up and running, the bike would to an extent have to be pedaled to such a speed for the pulsejets to ignite and propel the wheel.

In my opinion, this is a terrible idea. There are so very many reasons why but if you recon you can make even a working free spinning thing with more than one pulse jet powering it, I'm well up for seeing it. Cross the bridges of; fitting it to a bike, fuelling it, creating enough torque to do any useful work, not setting fire to your legs or **** and all of the other miriad issues, if you get to them.

A cycle motor, Winged Wheel or Velosolex would be a lot easier.
Pulse jets are a tad noisy.

There's footage of it being tested and when it veers wildly off course I'm sure it shows it chasing a dog. I have no idea whether it caught it and killed it though....
