Can anyone try getting onto this website?

The past couple of days I've been trying to get onto the New Balance UK website. It brings up a privacy error. I've deleted all the cookies relating to that site, restarted the laptop, tried a different browser etc, still the same.

Tried it to my phone both on the wifi and on 4G and it brings back the same.

Online down detectors say the site is up and running ok without reported problems.

Can someone try getting onto the website to see if it's just me?

I won't post links here to avoid the suspicion of scams but if you google new balance UK and go from there and report back what happens I'd be grateful.

The American site is working fine just the UK one I have an issue with, seems too big of a company to have a simple issue like this for over a day so I'm thinking there's some problem at my end.

All good here, I'm sorry to say.

The issue seems to be that it can't establish an HTTPS connection - you'll be able to go ahead to the website anyway by clicking 'Advanced', but making purchases might not be advisable while you don't have HTTPS...

It's looks like you're on a Mac? Try putting the following command into the Terminal:

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache

That should delete your SSL cache, old SSL data might be causing it and wouldn't be deleted just by deleting cookies / browsing history.

Also, double check the date and time are right on your machine.

No problem getting on that site using Android phone with Chrome browser

Good for me. Looks like they forgot to renew their security certificate. Or maybe there is some cache your ISP is sending you from an older version of the website. Clicking 'advanced' and then something like 'ignore all this stuff and go there anyway' ought to work.

Thanks to all for trying, it's obviously a problem my end. Just baffled why it's the same on my phone on 4G which is a different ISP to the wifi.

Downloaded firefox too to try that and still the same.

Yeah it's a macbook, Thanks for the above I've given it a try in terminal but still the same sadly. Date and time are correct. I've an old Imac so I'll fire that up and try that tomorrow.

Chrome is my default browser but I tried Safari and it was due an update. I've done the safari update and it's loaded the site and I've managed to make the order so that's worked for now. Chrome and firefox still not working.

It's a present for the Mrs so I'm not a regular visitor to that site.
