Bought these ages ago went to cut sheat metal and there not Shears looks like the cutting part has teeth to hold something ?
You need to shove the tool pretty hard into the cut to get the center piece to curl up.ok im going to honest now i was trying to use it the other way up so once ive done the first cut i coud not move it forward and thought it might be as wire cutter
ok will go back in my drawer untill i need it again as now i know how to use it rightwhat a dope
That is a Draper version of the famous Monodex nibbler.

thats impressive if that by handI cut the hole for the large sky-light in our camper using those Draper nibblers so as not to disturb the neighbours with a grinder or jigsaw.

It was bloomin' hard work. All the other holes were cut out with a jigsaw!
