Do you reckon those Parkside chainsaws are a decent enough buy for non professional use then?Parkside chainsaw, the side adjuster bevel gears are just held in place by the thin wear plate.
Its been a good saw, a lot of pro use cutting low stumps in the dirt with a blunt chain, roots and a lot far too big for it.

Still in warranty but its a minor fail, easily repairable if I cant find a replacement wear plate.
