External wifi antenna?

Sorry if this is a silly question but what type of plug is this on my gate's WiFi antenna please?



It's all inside the enclosure and struggling for signal.

Ideally id like to find an inexpensive external wifi antenna I can plug in and seal to get outside the box then screw the antenna to the wall.

Looks like an SMA connector.
You could extend the connection with the linked cable.

Just a suggestion, bring your new cable out of the bottom of the box via a gland to prevent rain water etc. entering the box. Small plastic P clips could be used to secure the cable up the wall to the ariel base.

There are two types of SMA connector. Normal and reverse polarity (RP). The SMA connector types in the photos in the original posting are normal polarity.
