Fronius TT 3000 acdc

Hello everyone,

I‘m new here and also new in repairing welding machines.
I‘m from switzerland.


Yesterday i was welding a exhaust system and my Oerlikon 300acdc stopped working second time with the trouble U-P.

Last time i had no time to repair it and gave it to a repair shop and they repaired it.
Now 2 years later same sh***

I think it‘s one of the resistors.

Can anyone tell me please how much Ohms they need to have?

Also i need a solution for pulse welding..

Who did this?

You easily can measure the resistors in place and get the value via color markings.
Afair 200-290Ohm

I measured the resistor and became a value between 40.4kOhm and 40.7kOhm.

Hi,

All these resistors (6 pieces) have the same value. --> 40,2 kOhm - 0,6 Watt

I recommend to replace all of them. They are getting hot while working, so it would be better to take replacements with a higher power rating. ( --> 1 Watt)
Solder them proberly to the board!!
