What’s this bending setup for it from

Any ideas you smart lot, as I haven’t a clue

That's a Universal Metal Bender, made in Germany by VEB Spann-und Biegerwerkzeuge Gera.... etc.

I have some limited instructions for it and I'll dig them out and send you a copy if you need them. Bought one sometime in the last century, useful for small bending, think Chronos used to stock them these days.
