Comfy workshop stool/chair

Currently using one of the cheap Ebay rou d mechanics stools at the moment and for short usage it's fine but long periods sat on it are giving me terrible back ache.

Any suggestions? Only real requirements are, must be comfy, must be height adjustable preferably pneumatic and must have wheels...if it doesn't catch fire easilly that would be a bonus.

That's the style I'm using, although looking at that li k, the padding on mine is waaayyyyyy thinner....maybe that's the answer then, more padding. That hilka one looks good for the price though, may just buy that
