What is this ladder, prong , wheel combo ?

As shown, it would work with cylindrical objects that are on their side, such as a drum of cable or huge toilet roll or mini round bale.

The wheels would lift the prongs off the ground a certain amount and the combination of height and spacing would tell you the diameter of cylinder it would accommodate. The length of the prongs would tell you how wide the cylinder could be.

I’m worried about the huge toilet roll that needs its own dedicated sack truck , is there another pandemic coming that I haven’t heard about yet?

Is it possible to buy dedicated ones for brake drums? On the one pictured, the tines seem too low for a brake drum (which would be half a wheel diameter above the ground). It would work well for wheels.

Note the better design of sardine's one - the wheels are set back. On the blue one, it could only have small wheels before they would be level with the back of the tines.
