use a texecom veritas 8 pannel . with battery backup bell box. a few pir and window vibration censors . buy2 bell units put one inside at high level with a cage over it and one outside . then if the scrotes fill one with foam and rive it off u still have the one inside working

Hope the windo detectors are better than some of rhe racal ones i fitted a long while ago , condensation on the window glass ran down inside them and at minus 20 oC outside decided to set the whole shebang off at 03:20 in the morning .. the police sat in their nice warm car whilst I checked thing out.
Another case I dealt with the next day ws that the alarm panel died due to the cold as the little electrons don't like playing at minus 20 oC which was the temp of the unheated store area .
I overcame that by soldering a 5 watt bulb on wires and connecting them across the panels internal battery .
Battery or wire powered PIRs do not also like the cold and get lazy unless heaters are present. Minus 10 o C & below appears to be a fail point.

Put the Alarm box inside the building with the loudest siren you can find
The noise will drive them away )its what a friend of mine did with his remote house. All the neighbours heard the sound and did nothing
but the burglars scampered because the sound was too painful

I rent a unit on an industrial estate the doors are covered by cctv and after 6pm u can only get onto the estate if u have an electronic tag for the gates but with what I've spent kitting my workshop out recently I couldn't afford to replace it all so an alarm is next purchase needed
