1/4" Imperial socket set up to 9/16", six point. I thought it would be easy!

I have checked Amazon and Machine Mart because I need it tomorrow but can't find just what I need.

1/4" drive throughout, so no 3/8" sets with adapters.
Imperial sockets only ideally but will take a combination set.
With extension bars. More than one would be nice.
Six point sockets, compact and with 9/16" AF in the set.
Mid range quality, say up £50 ish.
Available tomorrow either Amazon or local emporia.

I saw a decent Bahco set but it is Amazon Marketplace and will be a week to deliver.

I haven't found it anywhere available for tomorrow though.
If you type that into Google shopping search it's just a case of finding one that'll deliver it tomorrow, but I think you might be hard-pushed.
I suddenly thought Rs components, but they're on back order.

That is very kind of you; I have a specific need for a compact 9/16" on a quarter drive to get at a bolt hiding behind a coilover. Even that combination isn't easy, especially when the nasty socket and equally nasty extension fall apart without provocation.

I have got one of these sets, (plus 3/8 and 1/2 drive) only goes up to 1/2 AF though.

Might have a Kamasa socket somewhere though. Will have a look

Most 1/4 drive sets only go up to 1/2" or 13mm, as you've discovered.
Why not buy one of these and an extra 9/16".

Oh yes, it certainly can be but this will not be used for high torque. I can release the bolt with a spanner a flat at a time.

I have a drawer full of 1/4" drive sockets but lost the 9/16" yesterday and my long extension bar is cheap rubbish. A new set in a box means that I can take it to the alignment centre tomorrow without feeling embarrassed.

9/16 is a landy propshaft nut size jgs 4x4 are very good at next day delivery if they have the extension & spanners in stock. Just saw the no 3/8th size wich mine is, but they are very good & I have used mine quite a bit.
