Scotland has had some of the brightest weather in the UK recently. Last year, we had a whole week of sunny days in the Outer Hebrides. Yes, it can be dreich at times, and downright wet, but it has its share of the sunshine.

It’s a female sparrow hawk. Great pictures. Think the red arrows are flying by here soon, May have done it already

The Moray microclimate, due to rain shadowing from the west and south. Just moved here, and very much enjoying it!

My old place, just 45 mins drive away, was always several degrees colder, and much wetter (sleetier). The grass didn’t start growing properly till nearly May, but I see it’s already starting here.
