I need to heat a large marquee next weekend for a family celebration.
The temperature could be as low as 5deg C.
I’m looking to hire some form of heating. Can anyone please advise what type might be best?

The most common method seems to be to use a large space heater, with the plant located outside the marquee, and vents into it.

Used to be involved in renting out those big marquees, the only way to heat it was a big propane air heater and a 12 inch floppy duct from outside. Big propane bottle mostly gone in a night.

Infa red will only heat what's immediately in front of it and not the air, so you'll end up with groups of folk huddled around the heaters.
Can the marquee supplier not provide something?
