Of course you can, it will just be more laborious. Either way, beware of sharp edges, easier to avoid manually.

Paint up something else, let it go off for a week or so, then have at it for experience.

I bought a chinese 125mm machine polisher and some pads and some cutting compound, but even at it's lowest speed it's pretty fierce.View attachment 461369 View attachment 461370

I got a DA polisher from VONROC also, its a 3" or 70mm. Might have been more appropriate for the panels and curves yours doing.

If my car turns out anywhere near that on a gun finish I won't be going anywhere near it with wet and dry.
