Unfortunately not. I have been opening things up to see if I can get a couple of screws but no luck then I stumbled across this forum which is really amazing

They are for inside a laptop. That secures a side board to the case. The screws are tiny.
Not sure what screws they are but one supplier has said they are m1.5 and 2.33mm long.
If anyone can send me some spares even if longer because I can cut them down some how.

Who knows. Wish the manufacturer could make this information available. I got some used ones from ebay and they came all stripped
Yep. They are really small. I need a flash light to put them in. It makes no sense why to use such small screws when it is hidden away
Can't you just whack a self tapper in the hole? Doesn't sound like it's anything critical.

I was thinking that myself, are they so critical that a piece of duct tape or a dab of adhesive of some sort wouldn't hold the item in place
I would have liked to do this but the screw goes through a plate and then secures to the side of the caseCan't you just whack a self tapper in the hole? Doesn't sound like it's anything critical.

I can't find a small self tapper screw to go through the plate

When a screw drops out of your only pair of specs when on site in the US - buy a repair kit in Walmart, take specs off to to repair . . . discover you can't see the screw, never mind fit it .. .
