Multifix Tool Holders

I have this Multifix tool post and would like to purchase a few more tool holders.

There are quite a few available from eBay, Rotagrip sell a pricy copy but it wont fit an original Multifix with drilling out some holes. There are a number of other listing for what looks like an Indian manufactured copy.

Chronos also sell a copy that looks much like the generic Indian one and then there is a German web site PeWeTools that has a huge range of copies.


Does anyone have any experience of the quality and fit of these copies.

PeWe Tools are chinese.

I can't say if they're made in the same factory as mine, but i ordered direct from "Create Tools" in Wuhan, China.

I've had problems getting in touch with them
since covid though so don't know if they are still a thing.

I've heard that the owner of Create tools has passed away.

Check out Abom79 youtube ,he uses PeWe tool holders on his multifix I believe and he's a stickler for quality tools

Went with PeWe Tools in the end. Got to say they were brilliant to deal with.

I particularly liked the parting tool holder, much better than my current setup.

Price? Import duty? Looking myself at the same holders more or less, particularly the parting holder

Prices are on their web site in Euros. They deducted the local tax and I paid the VAT and a £12 clearance fee to Parcel Force, no additional import duty payable. Shipping was 31.50 Euro.

My parting holder fits both my ISCAR and SECO 26mm parting blades. PeWe Tools did warn me that some of the generic 26mm imported blades may not fit the holder.

i sent them an email regarding the parting holders and shipping but never had a response.
