I will do further research into the items you’ve listed here and I will buy one of them tomorrow. This should help make my re-weld more presentable to the Mot tester and more safe. night.
The Silverline 247820 finger sander is very convenient to use because of the narrow in-line motor. It also has variable speed.
The Voche 260W is identical, and the Sealey SBS260 is similar.
The original B&D Powerfile will do the job, but the early ones are single-speed, and the side-mounted motor can get in the way:

Air-powered and cordless versions are available, and so are conversion kits for angle grinders:
With 60- or 80-grit belts these tools will rapidly clean metal in inaccessible places, and they will also accurately flatten and smooth weld beads. Until you have tried one you won't believe how fast they can remove material!

I appreciate what you have done here thanks! I will take a look onto all of these recommendations today and come to a decision.
Good! That makes me feel more confident in getting the sander it’s going to safe my life and my car! I will make sure to post pictures of me after I re-welded to see everyone’s opinion on it.

TIP,do the best you can,then seal over it,hides a lot of sins,the next time you'll know
will do I will make sure to put a lot of it I really need to pass MOT.
It’s still good to have some confirmation from others who have used the sander so then I could get it. reviews do matter too
