Middle son says he needs a new car and has seen a sirocco he's interested in and has the bunce to cover it, sort of pleased as his star ship mileage golf needs to be moved on. Ask if he wants me along to inspect, kick tyres and haggle like the 4 previous, flat no I will be fine.

Comes home with this, pimped turbo & sc - oh to be young again

I can get in it, getting out is another matter

Reminds me of one of these without the legs & guns - maybe he only had 20 secs to comply

Yep V90 hybrid, I love it TBH, lovely motor.
I'm toying with buying it from fleet company at end of lease - if I can afford it...

I do like the Siroccos. First night out in the town here in that and he’d be pulled and told to remove that sun strip. Plod here don’t like them at all

Why do you not get sunshine up your way! My daughter had a Sirocco for a while it was a nice car. Shes got herself a 1 series BMW thing now, which I quite like too! There all better than my Landrover!

I’ll find out soon, son has had this done to his car. Passed its MoT last week with it. Plod may have a different view.

No speed cameras where we live, just plod giving the youngsters a hard time because they are easy prey

Here in Italy already are
As increasing the power 10% over stock ,no OEM exhausts, bigger rims than what's written on the registration, darkening windshield and front windows.
Applying pedal pads , everything about brakes is not allowed .
Roll cages, racing seats/seatbelts, racing steering wheel if applied on a car originally equipped with airbags.
Air filters of any sort .
Lights under the car and inside the car , additional lights on the front , coloured lights, led lights where not originally equipped.
I think you can wash the car without permission once in a while.
But you can install a rear spoiler cause it's a roof rack for the law over here .

Round here it’s young lads in Mercs, Audis or beemers, almost always in white, gunmetal, or for the fancier ones a cadburys purple wrap with gold highlights. Police won’t touch them
