Just a quick round up.....
I suffer with chronic muscle and joint paint, shoulders, hips, knee's n ankles progressivly getting worse over the last 10 years.....
I'm taking the usual pain killers at over the above advised rate.....on real bad days that are getting more often I now use Tramadol......brilliant stuff but not supposed to with my pacemaker meds....
Sleep used to be a friend as it helped with the pain but not anymore.....
often it feels like u've been hit by a train and then it's backed up over u again....
So begrudgingly have started to use Hemp oil.....just a suggestion from somebody in the same boat......
This is a legal product and produced locally....
1 drop under the tonge morn and night.....
I still have the pain so u cant over-do it but its at a level thats now quite tolerable....
going from 10 being the worst to now at a level 2.....
The stuff that makes u high have been removed, hence legal....
as a side effect I now sleep better and do not have horror dreams anymore since starting the drops.....one of my heart medications does give u nightmares.....

For me I can safely say it really helps and can suggest that if ur in need give it a try.....
Life is now worth living again.....so far no more really bad days....

? is this the same ingrediant in those jelly babies as considering trying as take far too much pain meds ,stiff joints etc

I started on CBD oil 2 weeks ago, 2 drops 3 x a day. I’m hoping it will help with the horrible anxiety I feel pretty much all the time. The GP already has me on Mirtazapine tabs, but I don’t think they make any difference and with the current health worries I have it’s all getting pretty much out of control.

I think the CBD oil is helping, as I don’t feel the same old sharp feeling of fear all day long.

Off to neurology tomorrow for some test or other, but they haven’t said what.

Hopefully you can stay off the tramadol. My ex was prescribed it - turned up into a zombie still in pain, taking ever increasing doses. Doctors said then it was non-addictive. Yeah right - the moment she tried to reduce the dose . . .

To give her a very large amount of credit she did indeed get off it and found the pain went too. Been a real live person for the last decade or so.

I have used oil for about a year or so now.
It's definitely made a difference with the aches and clunky hands & knees!
I actually ran out and thought I'd be alright without it, after a week or so I noticed I was getting aches again then after two weeks my knees and finger joints were really clicky and rough.
I ordered some more and started taking it again and it must have been about 3 weeks and everything had calmed down again.
It's not something that works for everyone, but for me it definitely makes a difference!

here's the product......
just to add, that sometimes by lunch I need to take a couple of Paracetamols if I've done a bit too much....but thats it.....
certainly not like before....
Tramadols are hard to get here, script only, so only took em when I was at the end of my teather ready to cry.....A box of 24 cost less than €3,00......
Paracetamols on the other hand are almost €5,00 a pack of 16......only available from Pharmacies
