I like how the picture cutting the steel isn’t even the same wheel, looks like a standard aluminium oxide cutting wheel
I haven’t used them before, I have always stuck with the traditional diamond wheels for stone and aluminium oxide for steel. As above, maybe ok if you only plan on carrying one disc… can’t see it lasting long with metals though!

It is a SF own-brand version of the DeWalt Extreme Metal blade (YT video from 2018) or the Lenox Metal Max (also been around pre-2020).

I've used one of the Lennox ones. They don't cut as quick as a thin cutting disk, a wider cut and leave a burr. The advantages are you don't lose the diameter as you cut, last longer so don't have to change disks, more robust so can use the edge to clean up. Plus no abrasive dust.

interested in how long they last

Got a Dewalt one. Cost about £16. Pleased with it so far, and no significant wear. Does not cut as fast as normal INOX slitting discs though, but not enough to be a problem (for me)
