What could be the cause of that? That was a common problem on some Fords that had tempered seats , also VW air cooled engines if Champion spark plugs had been fitted

Finished, although I may change the cable routing.Made some brackets up to upgrade the depth gauge I had fitted to the TS head.

Also made fittings for the lathe compound and ordered an encoder head and more magnetic tape from AliExpress.

Slotted a piece of alloy bar to take the magnetic tape and stainless cover.

More pics when the new read head arrives.
Weld heat melting the plastic ?You know when you have this idea, don't think it through fully, then have a sudden realisation you're an idiot?
I have a whole bunch of redundant 24VAC valve actuators. They have an M8 thread for a little aluminium bracket that attaches to the 4-port valve. The valves get stiff, the aluminium bracket shears and they bin the whole lot. Perfectly useable for "something". With a quick mod they'll happily run along a bit of M8 studding at low speed in fwd/rev as they have a 3 wire cable. Been trying to think of a use for them. This with the lid off:

So...as they're M8 I figured get my lad to reproduce the final gear with the M8 centre thread upped to M10:

Test print on the right looks pretty good:

If I now say this was for a rotator device to turn an M10 bolt whilst I weld it, maybe someone can see the issue?

to transport a refrigerator, freezer and two washing machines, I made removable forks for a trolley for a gas cylinder. There was very little time.Made a round bale lifter. A wee bit to finish off but nearly their. View attachment 444526
With the Fords I think it was over tightening, not sure about the Champion plugs in VWs but I’ve come across the problem loads of times but never with any other spark plug manufacturersWhat could be the cause of that?
Spark temperature? Maybe to high for the amount of fuel, compression ecc? With the Fords I think it was over tightening, not sure about the Champion plugs in VWs but I’ve come across the problem loads of times but never with any other spark plug manufacturers
A lump of copper or alu threaded on the bolt
wrap a decent length of Terry Towel / old bath towel round the bolt and wet it with cold water
Are you Italian like me?to transport a refrigerator, freezer and two washing machines, I made removable forks for a trolley for a gas cylinder. There was very little time.

I've said because of the screenshots you've uploaded which have Italian language on the website clickable words like "visualizza profilo" instead of "show profile" etcNo, ahah.
But I learned this song by ear in 1991. Daughter of a French mother, Welsh father, and granddaughter of an Italian grandmother. She knew many languages and sang and accompanied perfectly. I liked it and remembered it.
It was very far from Slovenia, 12 time zones.
Italy is nearby, I have traveled around the North many times and further to Normandy and Lucerne. And I search a lot in different languages. If you need to find information in Italy, or a link from an Italian site, then.... The sites remember this and such a screenshot is possible.I've said because of the screenshots you've uploaded which have Italian language on the website clickable words like "visualizza profilo" instead of "show profile" etc
