I agree it is massive in there. So much as even T is happy with it now. She wasnt expecting so much room.My mate has the Talbot version...it's massive inside.
Looking forward to this project getting going
these rae said to be the best engines for them. even over diesel. I would be happy and like to infact fit a bigger engine but its what to go for. a nice 2.9i Colonge would be nice lol.Looks a good size, think it might be a bit sluggish on the speed side though?
Are you parked on the wrong side the road ?
i have completed the boats, i sold the big boat and doing work on it for new owner. its going next month. small boat i can decide if to keep but space for it when boat goes as it will just fit besdie the garage when i put it up,Were you not supposed to complete andsell the boats first before collecting another project
they do around 25mpg i believe with the 2l petrol in. can cruise at 60 so good enough, I am looking to other engines though with more grunt. If it was a RWD it would be sooo easy but there crappy FWD. would of fiited a 2.9i Colonge in it.What mpg does something like that get? What are they like to drive? Can't really get my head round driving something like that really, but I suppose it's just practise.
If you look on the owners club site see one Turboed a petrol but a few have fitted 2.8 or 2.9 engines from a newer vanthey do around 25mpg i believe with the 2l petrol in. can cruise at 60 so good enough, I am looking to other engines though with more grunt. If your not usd to driving a big vehicle then its a matter to try and get used to it. not difficult if your a good driver really.

The diesel heaters they're considering fitting draw combustion air in from outside and exhaust to outside so no fumes get inside the van if installed properly. They are made in China though so well worth having a C0 detector fitted. Is there adequate ventilation for fumes to escape from diesel heater?
