Heated up correctly, the things are delicious, but I mostly refrain...

I always liked the combo of crispy pastry on top, and the thick heavy pastry in the base, but it’s years since I last had one. I keep meaning to buy a couple but always forget when I’m shopping.

Wifey used to know someone who cooked one of those Fray Bentos pies without removing the lid and then complained when it replastered the ceiling on the first touch of a can opener.

I first used one when working as a KP in my teens. The handle was turned slightly faster than tweaking the sails on a racing yacht

Do people eat those things? I see then in the shop all the time. Wet pie in a can doesn't sound like a great idea
