Youtube accounts.

I am hoping that the guys on here who upload to YouTube can assist me.

I have a couple of you tube accounts but never have to log into them as the browsers do it for me.
I can't even find out how to logout.
I am sure when they were created they were not connected to Google.

Anyway I have at least 2 accounts and would like to get my head round what's going on as I have some ideas that involve YouTube.

I can't work out how to upload videos to anyone them. This might give me a clue on which ones I can actually login to.

im no help as dont have a youtube account

but for account stuff its normally in your settings as dailymotion is the same for some reason they dont have a link on the first page to upload a video or simple things so you can get started quickly its oh try to find how to do things

but id becareful if you log out of your account you might not be able to get back into it if you have forgotten your password

are you using a pc or are you using a mobile phone to upload your vids

log into your account and top right you have your coloured circle with the 1st letter of your username...click on that and then go to "youtube studio" from there in the middle of screen go to "channel dashboard" under that is a box that says "upload video" Hope this helps

why cant they have an upload video in the drop down box and that takes you to the upload video page

Because 99.9999% of people who go to youtube go there to watch a video, not create / upload one.

It's really not that difficult at all... on a wider screen you can get straight to your videos on the left hand side:

4 clicks is not a big deal Gaz...still running windows 7 here so ime lucky to just have 4 clicks

Try all the email addy's you have and tick forgotten password, log in to that one and the prompt to replace it should be there, then go old school and write it down !

Are you actually trying to log into your account or someone elses?

I only ask as the "TheUkCutter" account in your first post has 887 followers and 9 videos, so either you did know how to upload video and have done so at some point, in which case you should be able to reset the password and log in, or that's someone else's account?

I think you will find that you need to login to YouTube using your google account that’s what I do.
