No 4 is the biggest in this lot. It feels like a sturdy lump, will be good for getting a good hard whack at a stuck brake disc.

Thanks for that, this one is a Thorex 712 38mm. So I ordered a pair of grey softer faces for it. I will swap one over and keep a pair spare in a drawer for when they wear out. Aka ill run it with one white head and one grey softer rubber head.

Parts for the compressor I've bought yesterday , I've made a thread on the compressors section if someone can help me .
Anyway I've bought a new air outlet rail with pressure gauges, regulator, pressure switch, quick connects, and safety switch.
From the Einhell parts I've discovered that the Start capacitor is a 200μF (it will probably have an internal switch) so I've bought and for the moment since is going I keep the 40μF run capacitor which should be fine .
Also bought a new (6 really) connection block .
Which I will use one the CEA welder too

I did exactly the same this summer, though I did soak the ground for a couple of days first, still wrecked the socket. New one went in last week with a couple of taps of a little lump hammer…

Putting those whirly gig dryers spikes and fencing post spikes in hard ground is easy., tap a gentle hollow an inch or so deep pour very hot water in it , leave for a few min then work the hole deeper in stages with more near boiling water down the hole .

Today I acquired - another MG9!

This one is a bit sorry looking on the outside and doesn't come with the pile of accessories my own one has but under the dirt and bad paintwork it's a nice machine, it has less wear than my own one and it all moves nice and smoothly. I only wanted it for the motor and 3 point steady but now I have it I think I'm going to give it the treatment and might even end up keeping it and selling the other. We'll see how it goes. These things are very compact and very hard to come by. Big thanks to @Dcal for coming and helping me to drag it up from the shed at the bottom of the garden to get it out.

I also picked u[ a bunch of smaller tooling and bits and bobs, including a gallon bottle of layout blue.

By the way, this lady has for sale a complete Alexander Master Toolmaker milling machine. It has most of whatever accessories that should come with it. Normal milling head, high speed head, slotting head, horizontal arbor, 3-way tilting table, indexing table with over-arm. She wants about £2k for it and although I didn't get time to look it right over it seemed in fair nick. I didn't get any photos of it but I could get some off her if anyone wanted them. For those who don't know, this is a copy of the Deckel FP1 just like my TOS mill.

I've bought a few things lately, but this is the most noteable; an injector puller for the 2-litre diesel Fords. Had a set of 4 to do at work, all seized. This pulled them all out easily with no issues and no damage.

Very impressed with it.

That made the washing line very expensive!

I once saw a No 5 for sale in the BOC welding shop, I felt faint when I saw the price!

Went to local shop and got a service kit for the above, I was expecting air filter, plug and fuel filter to be a lot more than £15

Also got a splitting maul. Didnt have a close look in the shop but now I see the handle might have the grain going the wrong way? !? Likely to snap I think.
