Blueprint - I imagine your question is in fact, -"can I weld copper to copper with a mild steel 6013 electrode?". As has already been said, no, you can't. Do we have to explain why, or is it obvious?
As already said, basic 6013s are no good for copper. However, if you do need to use the MMA process for joining copper, there are some electrode around that can probably be used, like silicone bronze. Not seen them much mind, pretty rare and quite expensive id guess. Something like citobronze would probably do it?? Dont rush out and buy a box on my sayso though, im far from being a mma expert!
