Recently I changed the head gasgets,cam and lifters in my pickup.When dismounting the Reducer for the LPG system I have messed up the settings. I was wondering if anyone here knows of a workshop I could send the reducer to from here in Norway for an overhaul and recalibrating?

Just buy a new one, they are not expensive and suffer from internal corrosion to the extent of writing them off.
As to settings being disturbed, did you not have the pressure setting on the original paperwork.

No I don't have the original settings. I was hoping to dodge the £350 a new one would cost .

I guess I could tune it or at least attempt to using a manometer?

I have changed that,as well as some small valves also the necks on the cooling circuit.

I was unaware that the Allen bolt was the adjustment.

Indeed, and they last aound 5 years usually. Also usually, but not allways I grant you, when you strip them you find they are corroded to hell, so you've wasted your time. Each to his own here I think.

Is it a gas injection system, or the older system with a sort of gas ring on the end of the manifold? If the older system, my son might have one still from when we updated his V8 Landy

(There are so many permutations that it is really hard to give you a useful answer)

What is this London daily tax for driving a polluting car/truck you all have mentioned ?
LPG pollutes much less, and should be more popular, easing the change to electric.
The LPG vehicles should be exempted.

We're rapidly becoming an occupied state here in London, taxed hard, no freedom to drive on the roads we pay for and then pay for again, the cyclist's somehow rule here now.

I refuse at our workshop now - any LPG system repair job.

I have fitted thousands of LPG kits in years gone by...

But I just can't get the parts for kits from manufacturers that have done to the wall...

Chevrolet Silverado 4.8 V8 LS2
Gas system is a prins VSI.

The mixer is a unit that is warmed by water from the heating circuit, it also contains the on/ off solenoid valve and thermostat for the unit. Interior condition is excellent I just stuffed up the regulation when I disassembled it. I need it re adjusted.

I havnt made a hell of a lot of headway with this,the Norwegian agent for Prins seems to have shut down. I require the reducer to be function tested and regulated,I have Emailed a few other places around Europe to ask if they are interested in the job but none have gotten back to me.

The alternative is buying a new reducer for 370 Euro,which seems a bit silly

That seems excessive for a new vaporizer, they're under £100 in the UK and I can't see why you would need an exact replacement as long as the pipe sizing and pressure range is correct.

Yes some of them are more reasonably priced than others. The best I can get for a straight swap is £289 which is about wat it cost to fill the tank with petrol.
