Trick from the army we used to do, if you get dehydrated working outside then take one of these, plus all the water you need, it will cure you feeling lousy and get you back to normal . Miracle cure .

I used to do that when stacking bales, stick the t shirt in the water trough or under the tap and put it back on.

Soak the shirt in a bowl ....put it on ,then pour the rest of the bowl over me.
Helmet on, go out and race, everything would be bone dry but covered in dust at the end.

Lidl/aldi do a vitamin version, I think it has some salts but not as good, but far cheaper. I have a berry one every day to flavor my water (only one! Not too much of vitamins!!!)

I am quite happy in this heat, running, working etc..

I keep a hand pumped spray bottle in the van and a fan. Put the spray bottle on fine mist and spray myself with it, especially neck and wrists then stand in front of the fan in the shade, it works wonders!
Been doing it all week as I have been working in some very warm grain stores!
Thank goodness next week is looking to be a bit cooler!!
