Motorcycle battery terminal.

I wonder if anyone knows what these are called or where to get them?
I have tried every description I can think of but come up blank.
They screw on to motorcycle battery terminals and enable you to attach a 6.3mm female spade connector on them.
They are made of brass.
Thanks in advance for any gems of knowledge.

I've had these since the 70's and can't remember the last time I used any holes are just under 4.5mm so no use to you.

When drilling through thin sheet material clamp it down (obviously) but also drill right through a small cotton rag. It gums up the flutes and stops the material picking up and wrapping itself around the bit.

Could you not just use an eyelet instead of a spade connector?.

If they need to be drilled out, you might just as well use an old bit of copper pipe and make one (or two).

I use a taper pin reamer to enlarge the holes.

Easier to use a 'little to big drill' that is a step or cone drill bit.

Much (much) easier to punch with a flypress. That's what I do. Then again if I had a CNC laser...

The wiring harness has female.spade connectors and the regulations do not allow alterations to the loom unfortunately.
