I flew in with the Saw Doctors a few years ago now , twiddled a few knobs [ the technical type ] enjoyed some hospitality , then flew out again ,,, back to the Curragh . Thats the only way you would ever get me into the septic tank they call Glastonbury , after a long time in the trade being on the wrong side of the barrier is a total no no.

Does your radio stations play all these aging rockers on Heavy rotation all the time ?
Over here, it's called "Classic rock" with stations playing it 24/7, and damned if I'll listen to 5 minutes of it.
Stairway to Heaven was played so much on the first release I don't really care for it anymore.

I saw some of that, I'm not sure her voice is what it used to be - sometimes it's OK, sometimes it's flat, sometimes I suspect she's doing a different tune because she knows she won't hit the high notes. And I wish they' learn how to finish a song without about ten minutes of drum rolls.
I enjoyed Guns N Roses last night, they had it on in the pub. I only know the well-known stuff, but I enjoyed it. He can be a bit self-indulgent (like most guitarists of that style) but Slash is really very good. Could do with laying off the pies a bit, perhaps, but then I can't talk.

We haven't got many real radio stations anymore, they have been turned off to save money. It's all DAB and online streaming now unless you like Classic FM.
Well there is Radio 1, but nobody sane wants to listen to that voluntarily.
