Could someone make me four of these metal spacers please?

They are 1 & 1/4" diameter (uncritical), 3/8" thick and the centre hole is 5/16" clearance.

I could do with a set of four please. They are spacers to put the seat rails of my Scimitar above the carpet pile so that they work freely. Standard factory design. This is only original I can find, I seem to have lost the other three.
