Just a note as they were mentioned -
Chrysler 300C estate isnt that big in the boot, nowhere near for example a Carlton which was my only other suggestion. They go nicely with the 5.7 engine in though, I had one, it was great, but small boot.

used to own one a DS super 5 manual 5 speed box not many with 5 speed box in that era
another silly fact you can remove all wings doors bonnet boot and roof and still drive it also the roof is fibreglass for service you remove the front wings 2 bolts

and I suspect if I'd plugged the ECU back in it would still have driven like this

Had one as a company car, the 2.4efi Familiale, auto, in my 72 years the best car ever. Suggest the Safari would be a better choice, because in the Familiale, only the third row of seats fold down.

Vauxhall Omega estate. Like a double bed in the back.

Renault Trafic/Vivaro van. Can be got as a crew van with a side door on both sides. Car like to drive and nice high driving position. High 30s MPG. Smaller footprint than most big cars, just taller, and more usable space.

From experience an XC70 can't be driven on 3 wheels
