Amazing how many times you knee either to do something, or in passing, when you are actively trying to avoid doing so . . .

They seem to vary in price alot, with the state of the shade and lack of bulb holder I think it would be a fair bit less. That light will sell for £150+ on ebay, very much sought after
I've currently got a hacked up kneeling pad in the knee pad pockets of an old pair of work trousers for the moments I forget - the lump of foam at each knee reminds me most of the time. As a mostly office based bod, I don't get issued with the actual knee pads, although I seem to have confused the system for a good number of years to continue getting the decent work trousers with useful pockets and material thick enough not to see through, unlike the "office" trousers.Ended up buying five (£1.50) decent thick kneeling pads & Evo-stick gluing four on one side of some tread plate and one on the other side .
Tying a strong nylon pull cord loop to the edge of the plate so it can be replaced as needed , having that five or so inch thick soft step under my knees has bee marvelous , even more so now I have a total left knee replacement joint .
I also got one of the pop together plastic garden ing stools that when inverted become a kneeler with push up arms often pop two unglued thick semi solid foam kneeling pads on the kneeling part nowadays .

I used to love Easter holiday hires , charge a day and it's covered & insured till returned , better than filling the workshop with off hires and some git breaking in & helping themselves to a bulging at the seams hire fleet .Actually on Thursday, for the bargain of 1 day charge and they pick it up Tuesday.
