best anti seize for hot parts

always had a tin of motorfactor spec copper or silver grease , works fine on cold parts next time you take it apart its still there

fitted a o2 sensor with a dab of the silver one on it a month or ago and just needed to take it apart , its red rusty

is there something that works on hot exhaust parts or all burn off? thinking maybe loctite brand ?

What about textar brake grease. In the yellow tube.

Good to 1000c it says.

I use it on sliders.

lots of them say 1000c or so , not sure they actually do that or maybe just once or twice vs 5 years use

The best stuff I have ever come across is Kluberpaste hel 46-450
It’s very expensive but having used it on exotic materials which operate well above 700 degrees Celsius for extended durations and regularly cycle between ambient and operating temps it just works. No nasty byproducts which can develop using other lubricants

I use loctite 8009, haven't used it on an o2 sensor then checked it after a few months though, so can't say how well it would work for what you want.

Many years ago, I used to watch technicians paint the threads of nuts and bolts with Milk of Magnesia. You end up with a thin, powdery deposit of magnesium oxide between the threads which assists their eventual loosening.

I looked up the kluberpaste recommended above, it only claims anti corrosion properties below 200°C above it's a dry film lubricant, I guess all grease would burn off then there is not much stopping exhaust gasses/moisture causing corrosion in the threads. I'm sure any grease based anti seize would be the same.

to be honest most 9.99 ones promise the same but either dont work as promised or im unrealistic thinking it will save exhaust studs and the like

Yes use it on all our exhaust studs, sensors etc.
Although ours run cooler than automotive we do add copious amounts of water into the equation.
Also a lot of our manifolds are alloy
