This is correct. Thats been wired upside downThat's upside down, line in the top, load (MCB "comb" and neutral) out the bottom.

thats back side 1st the live and neutral feed tails go to the top of the rcd the output is at the bottom the buzbar goes from bottom of the rcd to the breakers on the left and the output neutral goes up to the connection bar top right where it is connected now
Also worth checking that the busbar is in ALL the breaker terminals!
