Have you tried phoning them? I had a "doesn't post to Scottish Highlands" when I was looking for my Evo saw (not SGS though), called them and they did. Might be different because I'm on the mainland?

I have the shot blasting cabinet and it is worth every penny. Used it on my RG250 engine and parts, cannot fault it. Just checked online and I bought it at the end of 2020 for £74.99, now selling at £151, ouch.

i remember buying the bench press. but i didn't have it for long and sold it and bought the floor press.

that i should of done to start with. but thought the bench press would do as it was cheaper.

Tyre bay near my workshop has all SGS jacks - they stand up well to constant hard daily use. Next jack I need/buy will be from them.

That bench press looks nice!

I have a 20 tonne floor standing press. I need it for rear wheel bearings on old S class MBs! It takes alot of force to get the rusted bearings out. Usually pump until it feels like the press will explode then there is a loud bang when the bearing starts to move.

The slaves of the machine are ignorant sods sometimes. I had a similar conversation with somebody from Tool Station over an item I was willing to pay the postage for, as I couldn't get one here for a sensible price.
"Can't do that, we only send out via ParcelShovel and they don't do your place."
"Kindly don't talk ball cocks, Missus, I get stuff via PS every week."

After much digging around I found a stockist in the North who was quite happy to post it, and the manager took it down to the PO himself.

Afterwards, I noticed Tool Satan included Rep of Ireland in their destinations. Post-B-word, probably not now, though.

The sealey version I have allows the ram to be re positioned, have done so myself a few times. Bench top is also handy when the job is bigger and heavier than the press, I did once remove the rear subframe from my old ford focus and used the press lying on it's side to change the trailing arm bushes.

i thought that to start with, but made the room lol and yes the extra height was helpful and also it doesnt use bench space, for me thats was helpful too
