As a Wiltshire deprived snow lover all I can say is " no photo it didn't happen.

No pics, I was too busy shovelling to clear the paths round the house and off the car.

BBC Weather has an "Amber Weather warning" for the area [not great] although temps are forecast to rise a bit by the weekend.

Is that all.
The Somerset levels are awash.
The rivers flowing into Salisbury are near bursting point.
All the Winterbournes are in full flow.
Then to cap it all it was minus 5 according to my van this morning.

As I headed into the back of nowhere I was breaking the ice on the puddles flooding the C roads I was on.

Our Caravan is on a site with a large lake. Last year it was about 1 foot below optimum in February and by September 18 inch to 2 foot low. Apparently the fishing was the worst its ever been.

I am hoping it fills up with all this rain falling.

Eventually got to a job this morning with the 2 trucks, snow showers so could not work and to top it off one of the trucks could not get out of the cul-de-sac on a hill because of ice so left there parked up dont know what tomorrow is going to bring but looking at the cctv now its not looking good.

Sorry to hear your sheep losses.Climate change,all the time we get extremes,that’s the only weather pattern.
I have 270 yards of the Wye,so our meadows are flooded every year,insurance is reasonable because we’ve never claimed,although the water is 25’ from the back door,we’re 3’ above ,that’s at flood conditions,so in 35 years of living here it’s not a problem and it’s what’s made the wye valleys so fertile,but it’s changing,last week we were flooded 3 x in the same week. Successive summers are resulting in ever lower summer levels,giving us an extended stony beach on which to barbecue.

What is the snow to rain ratio ?
IIRC 1/2" of rain makes 10" of snow.
I like rain (getting a bunch right now):
1. I don't have to plow it
2. I don't have to shovel it
3. I don't slip and fall walking in it
4. My vehicles don't slide off the road in it
5. I don't have to shovel it off my vehicles.
6. I don't get salt on my vehicles
7. I don't get salt/grit in my house.
8. Much like snow storms, criminals stay inside.

Snow is prettier to look at when standing next to a roaring fire with a glass of scotch and the perfect excuse to do Nuffink. Rain just temps me to go outside and get wet and cold and even more miserable than usual.

Yup, being out in the snow is cold, but getting soaked to the bone in cold weather is really cold.
One of the popular Adult men's magazines had a cartoon (can't find it, and couldn't post it here anyways) but showed a dog by the fire, and the owner having to go out into a snowstorm....

We had an inch of snow on Monday night and a half inch last night.
They gritted the roads on Monday actually, I know, I met the gritter as I was riding into town at 60mph.... I saw it coming and in the split second that I realised what the cloud was spraying out the side of it I managed to duck a little behind my windscreen. Still got a nice coat of salty gravel pepper sprayed all over me.

You'd think they'd have a flashing amber light atop the gritter, like they do on highway maintenance vehicles, all the time, whatever they are doing.

On the back, as well it's filled with all manner of flashing, alternating etc.
It's overkill, because you can't see the turn signal when they are waiting to turn.
They have added a spotlight onto the sand/salt spinner so the driver can see it running, it also helps me see it sticking out there,
as they put in on the left (right side in your case) to hit both sides of the road in one go.

Bike gets washed at the end of winter, it was drowned in ACF50 at the start of winter.

Me, I have a shower once a month, whether I need it or not.

I inadvertently shut off an ambulance a few months back, busy main road, ambulance was coming towards me, everybody pulled to the side but the ambulance then stopped just ahead of me. Took me a long second, but buried under a dozen or more flashing blinding blue and orange lights was a small turn signal..... he only wanted to turn into the side road I had pulled up alongside, and blocked. Some careful reversing and I managed to get out of his way.

It beggars belief that in those conditions some numpty has reported you.

We had some report us for sheep with mastitis being kept in the field that were clearly in pain.

They were tups. They’d taken pictures of their ballsack

On a slightly different, but still sheep related note. I was cutting hay one year with flail mower, nice thick grass about 2' high, all of a sudden there's a sort of muffled whoosh sound and then a loud slapping noise. On investigation I discover one very minced sheep identifiable by the remains of the fleece wrapped around the drum. Belonged to next door. Bloody things can't even die in their own field.
Contract verge mowing for council, I've been through cardboard boxes full of glass bottles, endless cable offcuts left by electric and telecom workers and an old fashioned fully sprung mattress. That was fun, best part of an hour with bolt cutters.
