Plenty of Paton users on here that will vouch for their reliability. They’re made extremely well and, in my opinion, they’re quite difficult to beat in terms of cost to quality ratio.
Evening all, been running INE arc welders this last few years as my father believes the weld strength is superior to that of the mig for our type of work.(digger bucket refurbs and fabrication) but i have decided to take the plunge and buy a mig but not have no clue what to look for:dontknow...
I’ve a Paton StandardMig 200, bought it from our host just over a year ago, it’s my first welder so I’ve nothing to compare it with but it comes with a long warranty and appears to be very well built. There’s lots of features including pulse and lift Tig which I haven’t tried yet.
