I live out in the sticks and the GP is surgery is a 20 mile return journey. I started using the Lloyds Direct online pharmacy service and the initial orders went smoothly and getting meds through the post was great. More recently, Lloyds are having problems obtaining one med and taking ages to deliver. Nothing to do with the RM strikes. The online support is terrible. I thought Lloyds was big but it seems more like something run from a back-bedroom
Can anyone recommend any other med supply services?

Post Covid, I switched to Methotrexate injections thru the hospital…..supplies are handled by a meds supplier Alcura, ….all was good for the initial switch over, then supplies were not forthcoming had to go 3 weeks without! and I ended up going to hospital to the dispensary for help….then out of the blue, 3 deliveries scheduled over the next few months..hope you get it sorted..I live out in the sticks and the GP is surgery is a 20 mile return journey.
