I should learn to use mine properly. Its an old 2009 silverline 1500w plunge type, hardly done any work but seems ok. I suspect a trim router would be easier to use. Any advice welcome!
I always end up using off cuts of whatever Im using to stabilise the base, but theres got to be a better way of setting it up on a work bench.
Ordered a trend 1/2" set of cutters and amazon roundover bits. I have a box/dovetail jig to learn to use too.
One annoyance with router is the plunge spring is far too strong, may have to see if I can swap it.
