Good links guys but just not exactly what I'm after. The one I have actually came off some bike accessory or other.

Once in place I wont have access to the nut and it can't be captive so I need to be able to adjust from the lever side by turning it.

I'm getting by at the minute with wing nuts for quick release, the above would just finish the job that bit nicer.

I'm making a quick release system for my Polaris ATV.

I did eventually find these sites but wasn't sure if they were manufacturers or suppliers. Between them they probably have what I'm looking for though nothing to match the example.

I was looking for a similar item to clamp sliding square aluminium tubes to make a seafishing rod tripod or two.

my tempoary fix of stainless butterflies is actually working quite well, doesn't have that expensive look about it
