very decent ,,, it wont be a problem ,,, ill get to it straight after ive helped this african prince move a lot of money out of his country ,,, ive been specially chosen ...You provide the cash, I'll replace all my mains tools with cordless versions, Shouldn't be more than a couple of grand, I'll send you my bank details.

you beat me to itIs that your weekend wardrobe?![]()
after dark as well I always wanted a go in a human carrying one of those, they mostly seem to be closed now, damn H&S to somewhere horrid.
It's still there, first time I used it I accidently went over the top.Nothing happened, it just came back down the other side like normal, but I know someone who did it and got stuck for over an hour.
Essex Uni have one too, only other one in the UK I believe.
Leicester de Montfort had one, I used to see a girl up there years agoHad to Google it.
The Sheffield one is now open again
One of two in the UK
230 in Germany, mainly Berlin, and 63 in Czech Republic.
Now we know.
I think the Ferris wheel contraption in the OP is probably going to drive you nuts quickly to be honest. I can see it being a big snakes wedding of wires and wobbly grinders.
I may be wrong.
Grinding disc, flap disc, cut off disc, I usually have 3 on my rack. One let the magic electric smoke out recently, needs replacing.

ive four ,,,Those aren't bench grinders.
I stand by my comment, 5 bench grinders is excessive, that's 10 different wheels to choose from. He's been posting about having too much stuff, needing to clear out, etc. Rather than make revolving shelf contraption to store everything, condense it down to what's actually needed.
Must admit that’s what was thinking. Those aren't bench grinders.

Decluttering on hold.Forget this and get on with the decluttering - "procrastination is the thief of time".![]()

What about polishing mops and deburring brass wheel etc.Must admit that’s what was thinking.
I’ve two.
One does tungstens and drill bits.
Other has wire wheels on.
ive four ,,,
one for tungstens , one side steel one side alloy
one for wire wheels , one brass one steel
one for actual grinding
oh and a polisher too , ,,, gods things add up.
dont ask ,,, but I think ive now got nearly thirty 115mm grinders ,,Wrong grinders..lol. I have 6 of those.![]()
I wouldn't put a polishing mop anywhere near an abrasive or wire wheel. That might simplify your layout if one or two grinders can be placed away from the rest, you could probably avoid the whole Ferris Wheel thing. What about polishing mops and deburring brass wheel etc.

, but how time consuming can it be to swap over wheels? Unless you're on piece work that is.actually its very time consuming , if your doing a lot of fettling fitting patches as an example ,, your trimming an edge laser disc , clean off edge flap disc , shift a bit of paint scotch pad , dress the patch again , fit patch and trim down tacks standard disc , touch the back edges of the cut hole fiberdisc , all in rapid succession, a wheel change at every operation soon adds up , especially if you need to take the gloves off every time to swap ,,, far faster to just pick up another machine and keep the artistic flow happening ...I misunderstood the type of grinder involved, but how time consuming can it be to swap over wheels? Unless you're on piece work that is.
...to just pick up another machine....

Is this dejavue? Or have we discussed this before??They had one at Sheffield Uni when I was toying with going there. Awkward thing really and relies on some common sense and coordination. Don't find much of that at university.
I thought we were back to 115mm again lolBut we're talking bench grinders?![]()
