So apart from dismantling and reassembling the kitchen, Ive removed the discovery suspension compressor and solenoid block for inspection/refurbishment.
The compressor is working but I have a refub kit anyway so will replace the piston ring and check the brushes and bearings.
The collet on the air outlet looks like its been broken for a while and possibly leaking. The fitting is built into the housing though.
Im wondering if I purchase a john guest fitting, whether the collet can be popped out and put into the air outlet, or would it be better to thread the outlet and fit a complete male stud fitting ?
