Have a look at the actual product specification, it is written much better than the marketing blurb.
A rare case of standards actually matching common sense, obviously they can't be bad gloves otherwise they'd tear at the first time someone touched something...

Bingo. I’ve just checked and they do meet both standards, and tested by a reputable notified body

The marketing blurb is very badly written, mentioning both medical and industrial standards but only referring to medical useage, I was confused, that's the only reason I dug deeper into the spec sheet
Good to know SATRA is a good nobo, I had no idea if it was any good or not to be honest.
