Gave our motor home a thoroughly good mucking out today, including an external wash, mainly due to the myriad of flies adhering themselves to the bonnet & front elevation.
When it came to the alloy wheels, I used some of this:
as per the instructions and it really didn’t do what it says on the tin. In fact, I cleaned them twice with it, just to see if matters improved.

The vehicle itself is only 9 months old and I generally don’t let it go no longer than 4 weeks between washes, so build up of brake dust isn’t too bad.
Can anyone make a recommendation based on experience (other than brick acid) that will deliver the results I’m expecting?
