Should be leasehold with the option to purchase freehold...

In the heady days of the 80's building boom, three builders (yes, they were all called John) spent so much time in the White Lion, they decided it would be cheaper if they bought the place and made a bomb selling overpriced trendy German fizzy to their mates, and gave themselves generous discounts on their own consumption.

Fair dos, they lasted nearly a year before going bankrupt.
