Right guys, I need some hydraulic tube, approx 0.25% chrome content, 40mm bore heavy wall. Who? Where? What?

Extremely grateful for any suggestions.

Does he actually know what he wants then? Is it for hydraulics, or does the composition matter for other reasons? is "heavy wall" the only spec on thickness, or do you get a working pressure spec?
1 1/4"NB Sch40 would be as close to "40mm heavy wall" as anything but obviously mention hydraulic and you're way higher on pressure ratings which rules out NB schedule pipe altogether.

seamless pipe to DIN1630 St 37.4 has under 0.17% C to keep ductility good for forming etc.
0.25% C is medium carbon steel, no idea what the specs are that you'd need to look for though.
