I would pay more not to have electronic suspension on a bike. A relative has it on his BMW, failed just out of warranty, really expensive to replace. I suppose if you do not intend keeping long term, it is fine.
I lived in South Africa for about 30 years. In the 1980’s/90’s they developed a helipad in Benoni, just outside Johannesburg. A pretty big development with hangers and couple of helipads you could land your full-size helicopter on. Very easy access to the motorway to get into Johannesburg. Anyway,it bombed. Financial disaster. Years later the site got redeveloped into a small industrial park with the hangers being converted into small business units. The helipads stayed and the occasional helicopter still landed there. The restaurant and pub did ok. A clever entrepreneur saw a use for the field itself. He opened a modelshop specifically for Radio Control Helicopters. The facilities were members only but you could get tutoring to learn how to fly R/C helicopters. I decided it was something I wanted to do, so bought a new set up ,paid the membership fees and set about learning. The pub was very good, but the restaurant not so much. Long story short, they got an Italian chef in there by the name of Guido. Early twenties, enthusiastic, interested in aviation, learning English, and jeez could this boy cook. The restaurant really took off. Very clever marketing, loads of space for the kids to play, ride bicycles etc. They had a swimming pool with a slide and a full time lifeguard on duty. So wives and kiddies could go do what they wanted, whilst we could indulge in a hobby.
Anyway, after quite a few one hour sessions learning the basics, it came to my first “solo” and getting certified to fly without an instructor next to me. All went well. The last test was the instructor took control,( buddy box so two transmitters coupled together, you get into trouble, the instructor takes over), he took the Heli way out, probably 50meters away, put it up high, in a horrible orientation, then you had to prove you could get it back safely. Guido often watched from behind the catch fence. Anyway,I brought the Heli down, perfect landing at my feet. Congratulated by instructor. Just before we turned around after shutting everything down to head to the pub, drinks on me,there was this shout ,” Johnny Bravo, Bravo Johnny!” Guido was congratulating me. We all pi$$ed ourselves laughing. He didn’t understand why we were all laughing. I’m 6’3” and in those days pretty heavily built. We tried to explain that Johnny Bravo was an American cartoon character who was also well built. The nickname stuck….

Mmm, super yummy.I've just picked these up from a local person who didn't want them and listed them on a local Facebook "re-use, recycle" group.

Another 2 minutes saved. We are going to end up with time on our hands to contemplate lost skills. I wonder how long was taken downloading the digital manual and learning it. I could go on .....and probably will.I like mine, automaticaly adjusts when wifes on pillion or when I load up panniers, couple of clicks changes it from Auto to Soft for when I want more comfort. No more faffing about with C spanners...... its the future![]()

I got given this pretty expensive quality garden gate AND the hardware a bit ago and just got round to putting it up due to nagging, no pics of the previous but was a bit sad, big improvement, colour scheme by the boss painter. Still managed to put the inside latch the wrong way round as rushing it due to light. Sort that tomorrow... @eLuSiVeMiTe the annoying handle is nearly over
