Left-handed (anti-clockwise) drill set is the usual ‘goto’ with things like that. Start small and steadily increase if it doesn’t come out.
Indeed Ford Seiras had no screw PITANo studs and no retaining screw can be a pain.... if the disc spins on the hub as you put the wheel on you cant get the wheel bolts intry gripping whats left with mole grips and turning,....
Optima beat me to it
Never had an issue with discs not held on by a retaining screw except on my son's VW Polo, everytime we have one particular wheel off the disc turns meaning aligning it and the hub and the wheel is a headache. Must remember to find out what size it needs and buy a few spares.
Edit, beat me to it!

Update my welding is **** couldnt successfully weld a nut on full of slag from the 2mm rods will go back to it tomorrow might try mig.
No problem with mig. Concentrate on the stud as long as possible before your welding hits the nut and even after nut is welded over keep on the centre of it for as long as possible to get it real hot.Update my welding is **** couldnt successfully weld a nut on full of slag from the 2mm rods will go back to it tomorrow might try mig.
