to me they should be charged council tax on that landExactly what happens where I live...there should be limits around submissions and appeals I think. After those limits are hit then no more submissions for a fixed period (eg 3 or 5 years). Too many people gaming the system.
once they submit plans for say 3 houses then the value of council tax should be charged if they up the anty sort of speak too 5 houses submitted therefore the council tax should be charged at that value
it will stop alot of sitting on land to build on the same as sitting on houses until there value went up and sold them on
these land grabbers will hate the council charge as the houses sat on them would be there value to be paid so the bigger the land they have a set area then thats the council tax they would have to pay
